I know, this is a second review, but we chose to sell what we bought and purchase a newer, larger home. My wife asked me to post this from us: Working with Shauna and the Kahler team was a great experience. Shauna was extremely professional and helpful. She was always available to answer our questions and provide us with any guidance we encountered along the way. Shauna is fantastic to work with and made our home selling and buying process a much less stressful event. Her knowledge and attention to detail was greatly appreciated and we are so grateful to have had her as our representative. Chip and Sally.

There isn't anything Shauna Sheets can't do, it seems. She has done two house purchases for us that were not easy purchases and she accomplished both unscathed. She was diligent on keeping us updated with any changes or curve-balls and there were plenty of both. We can't even begin to thank her enough. We will continue to utilize Shauna for our home buying (and selling) endeavors.

Shauna and the Kahler Team did an amazing job helping us to buy a house this year during the crazy competitive market. She helped us to go under contract on the house before there was even time for the sellers to have an open house! She and the team got the job done quickly and professionally. Shauna also sold a house for us this year and again the experience was more than we could have asked for. She is very experienced, personable and available when you need her!
